Academy
Practical training for engineers operating hybrid infrastructure.
Networking foundations, contract-driven automation, and evidence-first DR drills taught as repeatable operating patterns.
- Design and validate hybrid networking patterns (WAN, BGP, VPN)
- Build and run contract-driven automation using modules, drivers, profiles, and packs
- Deploy and operate platform services: PostgreSQL HA, NetBox, RKE2, ArgoCD
- Provision infrastructure with IPAM-driven IP allocation and automated inventory sync
- Produce evidence-first operations: DR drills, probes, and redacted outputs
- Execute and rehearse full DR failover and failback cycles with review-ready evidence
- Self-paced content with structured labs
- Live sessions and office hours
- Assessment through submitted evidence packs — not quizzes
Curriculum tracks
Six tracks covering the full hybrid infrastructure stack — from networking to DR automation.

Deploy and operate PostgreSQL HA, NetBox IPAM, RKE2 Kubernetes, and ArgoCD on bare-metal using HybridOps blueprints.

Use NetBox as the authoritative IPAM source. Provision infrastructure where IP allocation, inventory records, and module state stay in sync automatically.

Execute and rehearse DR failover and failback across on-prem and cloud using pgBackRest, Cloud SQL replication, DNS cutover, and the HybridOps decision service.

Track progression
Tracks 01–03 can be taken in any order. Tracks 04–06 build on each other and assume completion of Track 01 or equivalent.
Tracks 04–06 have a recommended order. Track 04 is the prerequisite for 05 and 06.
